Your initial claim consult is always free and there is no out of pocket obligation on your part. Our company gets paid through a percentage of the final settlement that is reached with the insurance company. This percentage can vary depending on the complexity of the claim and the services provided by the YCC. It's important to clarify the payment structure to ensure a clear understanding of the terms
The fees are more than recovered in the claim process. I can remember a seemingly minor claim where our client was initially offered less than $500 for water damage in their home.
